Difference between Ginger Beer and Ginger Ale
Two of the most popular drinks that you can make with ginger is ginger beer and ginger ale. You can use this ginger concentrate to make a version of pineapple ginger beer or pineapple ginger ale.
Ginger beer is actually a non-alcoholic drink that usually is made from ginger, sugar, water, and yeast. Because of the yeast the ginger beer will ferment before being consumed. That will give the ginger beer a stronger ginger flavor.
Ginger ale is also a non-alcoholic drink made from ginger, sugar, and carbonated water or club soda.
Ginger Ale and Ginger Beer are both carbonated drinks, the main difference is that ginger ale is not fermented.
