Homemade popsicles are a staples at our house. My kids usually get to help make them, which adds more fun and excitement for them. I am just excited when they make them all by themselves, and they take care of everything, including cleaning. I call that a win -win.
My children loved these strawberry banana cream popsicles. I love that they are so healthy and allergy friendly. There is no sugar or artificial dye in them, however they are sweet enough and have a very pretty and vibrant color. Coconut cream is an amazing dairy-free alternative to yogurt or milk in popsicles. It works really well and you barely can tell the difference.

What is the Best Blender?
When looking to get a blender, it can become overwhelming to know which one to pick. There are so many options on the market, that have different features and price points. In addition, it seems like everyone has their own favorite that they recommend. In order to make popsicles, a low budget blender should work, as long as you do not try to blend nuts or seeds. I do recommend to invest in a higher speed blender, if you plan to make more than popsicles. A good high speed blender it does not need to be super expensive. I used a Ninja for a very long time, and I was able to make most things with it. Now most of the time I use a Vitamix, however sometimes I prefer to use my old Ninja, because it works better for certain things. With my Ninja blender I was able to make popsicles, smoothies, hummus, cauliflower rice, ice-cream, oat flour, etc. I had a harder time making nut butter, or blend kale in a smoothie for example, with my Ninja blender, though the Vitamix works great for both of those things. However, I feel like the Ninja Professional Countertop Blender is probably the best blender to start with that is not a huge investment.
