Gluten free Vegan Apple Crumble

Ingredients

Apple Filling

  • 3 Apples
  • 1 Tbsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 Tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/4 oat flour
  • 3 Tbsp. applesauce
  • 2 Tbsp. maple syrup

Crumble Topping

  • 2 cups Rolled Oats
  • 1/2 cup Oat Flour
  • 1/4 cup Turbinado Sugar replace with maple syrup or any type of sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. Coconut oil melted
  • 1/2 cup Coconut Milk can be replaced with water or apple juice
  • + 2 Tbsp. Coconut Milk
  • 1/2 Tbsp. cinnamon

Instructions

Apple Filling

  1. Peel the apples and cut them in small cubes. Add cinnamon and nutmeg and mix in with the apple cubes, until the apples are evenly covered by cinnamon. Add the oat flour and mix it with the apples and spices. Mix in the applesauce and maple syrup. Add the apple mixture to a ovenproof pan, and spread it evenly in the pan.

Crumble Topping

  1. In a bowl mix the rolled oats, oat flour, sugar, and cinnamon. Add the coconut oil and coconut milk until the oats are no longer dry. Spread the oats mixture on top of the apple filling, until is evenly covered. Bake for 20 mins at 350 F. Enjoy!
